4. Fabrication & Engineering

Structural framing, roof systems, and insulated wall assemblies are fabricated under controlled conditions.

5. Site Assembly

On-site works include structural erection, roofing installation, insulated wall systems, and core electrical and plumbing installations.

Selected upgrades and fixtures are installed.

All systems undergo inspection and testing to ensure they meet agreed specifications and performance standards.

7. Quality Checks & Punch Listing

Before turnover, we conduct a structured walkthrough with the client:

• Site clean-up
• Punch list documentation
• Minor corrections

​Every detail is reviewed to ensure the final product reflects the agreed scope and BALAI PH standards.

8. Turnover & Warranty

Upon completion, we provide:

• Completion Certificate
• Warranty Certificate
• Project Acceptance signing

​The cabin is formally handed over — ready for occupancy, operation, or investment use.

Documentation & Portfolio

With client consent, completed projects may be professionally photographed and documented.

This may include high-resolution cabin pictorials, aerial captures (where applicable), edited short-form videos for digital platforms, and project documentary features highlighting the build journey from fabrication to turnover.
